Acceptable Use Policy

Intended use

MailThreatZero filters inbound email for domains you are authorized to administer, and relays it to a destination mail server you control or are authorized to deliver to.

Not permitted

• Adding a domain you are not authorized to route mail for.
• Using the gateway to relay outbound or third-party mail — it is an inbound filtering service.
• Attempting to access another tenant's data, or to bypass tenant isolation or access controls.
• Security testing against the production service without prior written arrangement. Report findings under the disclosure policy instead.
• Deliberately submitting malware to the gateway other than standard test files such as EICAR and GTUBE.
• Using the service to store or process content unlawfully.
