Nothing was stored, so nothing was lost except what you typed. Every reason this happens is recoverable.

Why it might have been refused

  • The NDA box was not ticked. It is required for every application — a beta place means seeing unreleased software. The agreement is here.
  • A required field was empty. Your name and a reachable email address are both needed.
  • The email address could not be read. It is the only way we can reply.
  • The verification answer did not match, or the question expired while the page sat open. Reload the form and it will issue a new one.
  • Too many applications from one address. There is an hourly limit.
  • We could not record it. Rare, and ours rather than yours — trying again shortly usually works.

If it keeps failing, the contact form reaches the same people and is not rate-limited the same way.
